These terms govern the UNI Connect private beta operated by Wingate AG LLC.
Authorized use
You may use the service only for an organization you are authorized to represent and only in compliance with Amazon policies and applicable law. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Beta scope
The beta provides read-only analytical access. It does not promise uninterrupted availability and may change or be suspended. You must independently verify business decisions and Amazon data before acting.
Restrictions
You may not bypass tenant controls, probe another organization’s data, introduce malicious code, resell access without written permission, or use the service to violate third-party rights.
Termination
You or an authorized organization administrator may disconnect Amazon access. Wingate AG LLC may suspend access for security, policy, legal, or beta-capacity reasons.
