Data we process

We process account identity and organization membership data, Amazon seller identifiers, marketplace participation, encrypted Amazon authorization credentials, requested analytical Amazon data, and security/audit metadata.

Purpose

We use this data to authenticate users, provide authorized read-only Amazon analytics, protect tenant boundaries, troubleshoot the service, meet security obligations, and respond to support or deletion requests.

Sharing and retention

We use infrastructure and hosting providers as service providers. We do not sell personal data. Audit events are designed for 365-day retention. Credentials and connection records are retained while a connection is active and removed or revoked through the disconnection and deletion workflow, subject to legal and security obligations.

Security and choices

Seller refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and tenant-bound. You may disconnect Amazon access in the product or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@wingate-ag.com.
