Disconnect and delete data

An organization OWNER or ADMIN can disconnect an Amazon connection inside UNI Connect. Disconnecting atomically removes the encrypted seller refresh-token envelope, marks the connection disconnected, and clears its access-token cache.

Request deletion

1. Email privacy@wingate-ag.com from your registered address.
2. Identify the organization and Amazon seller account; never include passwords or tokens.
3. We will verify authority and confirm the applicable deletion scope and completion.

Some limited security, audit, billing, or legal records may be retained when required. Audit events are designed for a maximum 365-day retention period.

Revoke directly with Amazon

You may also revoke UNI Connect authorization from the relevant Amazon account. Contact support if you need help locating the current Amazon authorization controls.
